Kashrut

Kashrut

Philosophically, wine is not a beverage of daily consumption on the Jewish religion; it is primarily used to mark those special moments in religious life: births, weddings, religious occasions or holidays such as the shabbat. Therefore, it demands production by Jews with an utmost consideration of the Torah and its commandments.

The Kosher vinification procss reqires the establishment of onsite teams at each location, every member of which possessing expert knowledge both of the practical winemaking aspect and of the religious responsibilities at hand.

Each and every process is supervised by a Rabbi, asserting that every step in the Kosher winemaking chart is respected – from harvest to bottling. To complete this process, each Rabbi will recognize the wine as Kosher by affixing their representative seal on the label, the cork, and th capsule of the bottle.
